A new invention from web-creative Nicolas Roope, Hulger is the brand name for a range of retro landline handsets converted to work with mobile phones as a headset. Not "hands-free" by any means, the Hulger P*Phones initial appeal is in its retro styling, but as more people complain of headaches from cellphones, Pokia will be perceived to be a healthier option to stay mobile. As mobiles do much more than just take calls, the Hulger P*Phone will enable users to take calls and check their emails at the same time. The Hulger P*Phone also has the added bonus of not looking like a crazy person talking to yourself which can happen when using tiny invisible bluetooth headsets!
